Welcome to ZJUI Rhetoric! Thanks for visiting!
This website showcases the projects of students in rhetoric courses at Zhejiang University – University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (ZJUI) Institute on the ZJU International Campus in Haining, China. Students at ZJUI Institute study engineering (computer, electrical, mechanical, or civil and environmental). During their junior year, ZJUI students take courses at UIUC in Illinois. Students graduate with degrees from both institutions.
In their first year, ZJUI students take the same RHET101 and RHET102 courses offered at UIUC which focus on academic writing and research. In these courses, students create various projects to practice and demonstrate their developing skills. By posting their projects on this website, students get a broader audience for their texts – and you get to read them!
